We bought to convert to a kitchen on wheels but plans changed. Good condition, cushions and original curtains are excellent condition (no tears fading) . Ice box was removed replaced with smaller one. No furnace, has rear window ac works well no leaks back there, front jalouise window needs minor attention, front bunks, rear dinette and side captains chairs/table, wood could use some light sanding/thormby's (i have started to light sand).Carpet is original, dirty i would replace or shampoo. Tires in good shape, we hauled it 300 miles (through nyc over Broadway)that was fun. one wheel well has 1K mile tape but we didnt remove it. 2 burner stove but tanks battery removed. . (Currently Stored Inside). I didnt get anywhere with the title so I ended up trading for a 13' Scamp (w/Title). Sorry about that.
