Great pic's! Totally smart to post pic's of the roof! People never do that, and potential buyers want to see it. Good luck with your sale.
Thanks, Robin. I just want there to be no surprises for a potential buyer. I wish the site allowed much larger pictures so the pictures could provide more detail.
BTW, when I purchased the trailer 3 years ago, I had to pull the skylight and reseal because it had developed a slight leak. There was minimal damage and a slight stain from the leak on the ensolite. I also replaced the fake oak trim with a real stained/sealed oak one made by a cabinet shop. The other thing that needed immediate attention when I bought it was the rusty hinge and fiberglass front window cover. I had the old stripped mounting holes patched with bondo and painted, and I replaced the hinge with a heavy duty 316SS one that will never fail or rust, and remounted the window cover. Tires
are less than 3 years old with roughly 3K miles, and bearings have been serviced twice in 3 years, the last time being 2 weeks ago.
Just wanted to pass along some of the TLC I've given it.
