Washington State has a ferry that runs from Anacortes to Vancouver IS. Plus there are Canadian ferries operating out of Vancouver to the Island.

Becky, it might be easy or it might be hard. You would have to "import" it, which might be easy or it might be hard.
Do a search on "import", there has been several threads on the process in the past.

Becky,
It's not a big deal. I've "imported" 2 vehicles from Canada. A mini, and a Nash Metropolitan convertible. I'll grant you that they came in to Wa. and not Mont.
All that I did was take the paperwork to the state office where I typically renew my vehicle tabs and they shuffled the paper through. they need to confirm that the serial # is one in the same as physically on the trailer, so that takes an inspection.
Get a bill of sale along with the rest of the paperwork. Montana might require it.
Go for it!!!

LK, it's not quite that easy unless the trailer is over 25 years old. If it's less than 25 years old (which this one is) and doesn't have the proper DOT safety stickers on it one might have to leave their new trailer at the boarder crossing in Canada. There are businesses that can make sure all the ducks are in a row but of course one pays for their services. In addition to the import into the US which is at federal level, one must check with their own state to see what is required it varies quite a bit from state to state.
I'm not saying it's impossible but saying you have to know what you are getting into. Many people have done it here on FBGR with no problem, a couple of people have had nightmares.

Lizbeth is totally correct about how it works. We have experience with a Bigfoot 5th wheel that was in Alberta.

Just for information, what do you tow this with?
I am in the market and have an 04 Ranger. So far I was looking at up to 19' but your rig looks very interesting :-)
What is the length as far as BC ferries is concerned?
Thanks,
Richard

This ad was from 3 years ago. The kiwi link does not work anymore. If I was you, I would PM the folks that had it for sale and see if they reply!
Good luck!
Frank
