They really should have put in the yr of the trailer.. BUT its more important to me what shape the trailer is in and how well taken care its had. I am sure the price would be negotiable depending on who was looking at it in person... and if one didn't want to 'wait' for a factory order. Whats in your wallet? LOL

I heard from the Seller today. The Casita is a[b] 2005 17' SD.

[b]Has all of the 2005 upgrades except:
Water heater upgrade
25 gallon Water upgrade

The Seller also attached some pictures of the exterior. Looks like a nice trailer. As for the 'high' price? He mentioned the cost of bringing the trailer to CA, plus sales tax and registration.

There is an ad for a 2008 17' SD Casita (on this or another Forum) for $16,000. We're been keeping an eye out for a good (not too old) Trailer. From what I have seen, $17,500 for a three year old Trailer is definitely on the 'high'.

I just received a price list from Casita-The 17' Deluxe Liberty, Spirit, and Freedom
are on sale for 13,924 and that is 2008. Seems to me 17,000 too high.
