Used very little. Large front bathroom/shower. Side dinette/bed. Rear dinette makes into a double bed. No smoking or pets. Front air with cover. 3-way
refrigerator.
Awning - great shape - looks new to me! Six-gallon gas water heater. Fantastic Vent/Fan. Dexter

Casita Owners Manual and all other manuals as far as I can tell. This is a very clean trailer. No smoking or pets. Always stored under a carport.
We got 15 mpg on the 7-hour trip brining the
Casita home behind our Dodge Ram 1500 truck.
The door latch works a bit sloppily, (but it works
fine) so I would either fix that one or install a new one if I were keeping it.
