hi mac. does everything work? any major repairs needed? have you made any modifications? is there a vent/fan in ceiling, outside shower, window for ventilation in bath, valve inside closet or outside that you have to close before showering? are you original owner? (title,etc.) i've been looking forever, but new to travel trailers so sorry if my questions are stupid. thanks

No repairs needing, no modifications, vent in ceiling, no outside shower, vent is in bath, not original owner, have title, new brakes & wheel bearing, trailer is in excellent condition inside & out, Thanks, Mac:

Hi Sue,
This Casita was purchased by me From mac in April. We love it and have been doing a few Modifications. By the way i used the zep high gloss floor finish as suggested in the owner forums and it looks brand new. Thanks for your inquiry and good luck finding your camper.
