GA | For Sale 1998 Scamp 13 with bathroom $5700

We are selling our 1998 Scamp 13. The previous owner bought it from the factory in 2007. It was reconditioned then and is in great shape. The previous owner camped in it four times and we have used it four times. I believe you will not find a cleaner unit out there. I have the title in hand. It has the following:

1.9 cu ft refrigerator that runs on propane, 12v or 120
12,000 BTU heater with thermostat
battery pack
spare tire and cover
2 mounted jacks on hte rear bumper
cable hookup
screen door
window over the range
rear opening window
front and rear cabinets
porch light
silverware drawer

The Scamp did not have an air conditioner. I installed a portable AC/heater that sits in the bathroom and exhausts through the bathroom window.
We recently had the Scamp washed and waxed.

I don't think the older 13's had a shower. At least I know mine didn't.
