This is inexpensive investment on about the best lake/location in the Hayward, WI vacation area. Lac Courte Oreilles is a 5000 acre natural lake with crystal clear water & great fishing (right off included dock). This would make a great vacation home, retirement home or home base (for the summers). Summers are excellent, but winter is also great for skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling.
The property is several acres of a park-like setting that used to be a YMCA camp. There are only 6 condo units, used mainly for vacation, so it's very quiet most of the year. We have a contract with the realtor that if we introduce the buyer to the realtor, and there is no other realtor/broker involved, we pay only 60% of the commission, so we would be willing to cut the selling price by that much($4000) to the buyer. The realtor will handle all the paperwork of the sale.
