A toilet and shower in a 13' is not that common.

I wonder if they will sell it for that price. Does it seem a little high? Maybe that's what Casitas go for. I like the bathroom!

Thats actually a reasonable price for a Casita 13 with bathroom if it is in okay shape. Looks like it needs some TLC and the box on back is a bit of an aberration but would provide extra storage.
In the Pacific Nothwest it would be snapped up.

$5,700. is what we paid for our 23' Airstream 10 years ago. It does show how well the eggs hold their value. It may have something to do with their towability.

Many folks are gradually moving away from the mammoth gas guzzlers and looking for smaller, more fuel efficient vehicles to tow their trailers. The seller is using that thought in his sales pitch. It's a good thing.

If you take a look at the sold section of the Fiberglass-RV-4sale.com you will see the price is actually pretty darn good for this little guy. They are not all that common.

As Kootenai Girl says if it was in the Pacific Northwest some might even call it a steal considering its age and features! ;-)

I believe if you ordered a 13' today, they only come with the bath/shower??

Got everything except space. How do you put a value on the emptiness where you put yourself? I guess you buy this fully equipped shorty and trade for a 13 without the bath when you find it uncampable, unsleepable, unsuitable? Or maybe you're a single hander 5 foot zip 97lbs and it fits just right like Baby Bear's chair? Ahhhhhhh.

According to the Casita Travel Trailers Feature Comparison Chart that is true.
They don't offer a 13' (Patriot) Standard anymore, only a 13' (Patriot) Deluxe.
I also heard rumors at one time that they will build a 13' (Patriot) Standard on special order when paid-in-full up front.

Just curious if anyone checked this one out. I didn't know if it had been sold or not. Thought I would pass the add along. Ted

Hi papa-t-
The owners were bringing it out to prep it for sale, and their neighbor saw it in the driveway and bought it! So, we're still on the lookout for our trailer...
