Don't ever buy one without seeing it in person. They usually would take quite a bit more than elbow grease. As I've said before we went and looked at two bunches of them, they were trashed and had body and floor damage in addition to needing everything from
tires,
battery,
propane tank, cushions, cabinet doors,...on and on.
It takes a lot to scare me, I've rehabed a trasher. The ones we saw might be workable if they could be bought for a few hundred dollars but they all went for over a thousand, a couple went over two thousand.
Edited to add....that one didn't look too bad, better in the pictures than anything we saw.
