Well, this is a sad day but will be listing here my lil Marshmellow for sale. We bought her from a member here 2 and a half years ago and should sell her since we have only used her once and I am taking caring of MIL full time.....
She has propane, electrical hook ups, porta potty, fridge and in good condition. 13ft and sleeps two. She has a window leak on drivers side and hubby taped plastic over both windows instead of just caulking the frame well, I took the tape off and the paint peeled ~ She is very clean inside and everything works.
I'm sure I'm not giving all the info here but just ask if you have any questions ~ I took her recent pics just today and I will be including the pots and pans which have never been used as well as the cutlery and such as well as a 10 x 10 gazebo with a vent top, privacy curtains and bug netting that is still new in the box (hubby paid 300.00 for that)....

Hello All,

I hope someone here buys this Compact Jr. and buys it soon. It looks good and ready to go!

You all know how I like Compcat Jr.s! If someone else doesn't buy it, I'll be too tempted and may have to do it myself.

hi, brand new to forum, was going to buy a tent trailer, then i saw a trillium.
I know nothing about Compact Jr trailers. I'm 6'2" tall. Will I be comfortable in a Compact Jr? What is the interior height? interior width at bed? How much does the trailer weigh?? Thanks for you answers, appeciate comments from members too..

Nick C,
I own a 1973 Compact Jr. We find it very comfortable for two people. The interior height is 73" with the top up and 65" with the top down. We make the bed from wall to wall and it measures 72" long by 70" wide. Our weighs 1400 lbs, loaded, and ready to travel.

I am 6'2" and had a compact. I was worried about the lower headroom over the table and bed area. Then it dawned on me that I would always be sitting down or sleeping in the lower area. It was never a problem. The area that you will be standing is very comfortable. The only reason I sold it was someone made me an offer I could not refuse. $$$$$
I now have a 13' Scamp that I have to slouch in.
The compact is a great trailer that will always give you back most of your investment if not all of it.
I had a tent trailer, never again.

John

Hi Shannon -

Not to hijack your thread, but how do you go about getting the PTI tags in california for your trailer? Last year at the DMV, the people there told me no way for my Scamp, but I know others have been able to do it. I didn't have the time that day to argue with them, but my reg is coming up again and I would really like to PTI it.

Thanks -

Jake

Nick, maybe someone here knows how to do this. I'm not really sure ......Hopefully someone will be along before long

Jake, When I bought our trailer from a member here, the trailer had the permanent tags on it already. I *think* it has something to do with it's age.

Guys, LOL Help me out here. Is that right?

A camp trailer is allowed PTI. Go to the California DMV site and search camp trailer, print out the relevant info, and go to your DMV with it.

(My tags have not come yet so I don't know yet if I will hit any snags, but when I talked to the DMV there was going to be no problem._
