For a lucky buyer is a 2001 13' Casita Patriot. We are located on the Central Coast of Cali, between LA and SF.

We decided that since we are busy with other things and have rarely had the chance to use it, we are going to let someone else enjoy this little egg. This Casita is a breeze to tow.

Some of the features include:

Bunk beds (in the front of the unit)
Ice Box
Sink
Stove
Awning
Newer battery
Newer propane tank

As an added bonus, we will include a brand new Fantastic Fan (still in box) that we purchased to install where the vent is now. We will also include a gray water tank and a few other items with the purchase.

We are torn on selling it, but we figure this little gem deserves to be used a lot more than it is now. I will try to get some pictures of our little egg soon. Here is a chance for you to own a rarely used 13' Casita that is very hard to find.

Hi everyone...

Been super busy this week so far, and it looks like I will more than likely have pics up of the Casita this weekend. Sorry for the delay with that.

For those who have asked, I am in the San Luis Obispo area.

Fran- as far as the weight goes. I really haven't had the need to weight it. So I can't answer that exactly. I do know it's the lightest model and can easily be towed by most vehicles.
