Hi,
We had a severe windstorn and it ripped off the plastic roof vent. Is the roof vent and the crank up mechanism available to be installed with out replacing the complete unit?? I am afraid if I have to remove the whole thing I may have a leak after I reinstall.
Also, the little cover that covers the opening for the ac cord (shoreline) to pass through has broken. Someone tried to open it and snapped the little slide clip that holds it closed when not in use.
