Scamp 13" tires and wheels

I have a set of 13" wheels and tires that came off of a 2003 Scamp 19ft trailer. These tires and wheel couldnt have more than 1000 miles on them and they are in great condition. The previous owner of this trailer upgraded to 14" and took these off. I recently purchased this trailer and he gave me these 13"ers and I have no use for them. They are Goodyear ST175/80r13 and they still have the nipples on the side walls. I will not ship these and the buyer will need to pick them up, I am in Houston. make an offer!
