Scamp Wedding Cake Tail Lights from '81 For Sale

I know all you purists out there will be horrified by this, but I'm putting LED tail and turn signal lights on my '81 Scamp. I have a pair of hard-to-find "wedding cake" style tail light assemblies I'd like to sell. The lenses are in fine shape, with only tiny surface scratches on them. (If only the rest of the trailer would have been in such good shape...) The reflectors are a bit bent, but some careful blacksmithing, polishing and maybe a coat of clear lacquer should bring them back to life. The bulb sockets are corroded and should be replaced, but those are cheap and widely available. The license plate holder is rusty but still sound and could be cleaned up and painted. You might also be able to adapt a new replacement plate holder.

I would like $25 for these, but that includes insured USPS Priority Mail to any US address. I will also ship to Canada for whatever extra it costs to get them across the border. Interested? PM me.

Bummer.... what lights did you replace them with? I've been debating between going with round LED "bus" style lights or trying to hunt down new lenses.

I just thought I'd post to say that working with Jon as a seller was great. He sent me plenty of photos and details, then shipped promptly. The taillights were packaged very well too and made it past the "Samsonite Gorillas" just fine

And I think I have the other one with the lower clear lens for the license plate for $12.00 plus shipping which is even harder to find. Its not new, but in good shape.
