SOLD 13' 2014 Scamp

This tidy and adorable little camper is towable by a smallish SUV; we used our Honda Element. We've done no modifications. We have the standard package with layout #1 without shower and toilet. Sofa in front converts to bunks, rear double bed to table.

Has the following factory extras: vinyl floor, extra large 54" bed, front overhead cabinet, 8' crank-out awning, extra interior lights, water tank, sani potty. Fantastic brand fan, electric brakes.

Runs on AC, propane, or battery.

This is virtually a new trailer; it was towed from the Backus factory in Minnesota in 2014 and has not been used since except to sleep in occasionally.

Would cost $13, 250 new, delivered to California.
Priced at $10,850
Soquel, California (near Santa Cruz, just south of San Francisco Bay Area)

Is there any way this could sleep more than two adults?

One more adult on the front bottom bunk = 3. The top bunk would not take an adults weight.

Does anybody know of anybody that's had the top bunk break with too much weight?
