I am around Mountain Home. Just a little north in Gamaliel.
I have not seen any leaks. I have not had the top open in a few years.
No, that's not a window unit, just wood. Sorry.

I am just across the border into Ar. Mountain Home area. 100 miles or so southwest of Springfield, Mo.

Yes, it's still for sale. That said, there is someone in this area who is interested, but has the flu and can't do anything til Fri (tomorrow). We've texted and they haven't said yes and I haven't text them back today. And there is another person who is waiting to see if I'll come down on price if the other someone doesn't want to buy it.

None of these have made any commitment. So, I'm always open.

Did I understand your reply earlier about the front window? Is there no window? Also is there a furnace or heater of any sort? Fridge or ice box? Water tank? Condition of tires and wheel bearings? Thanks

That is a cut out where a window was, people often put a window unit there. The window unit a/c was removed a long time ago. No, these did not come with heat. You can see the fridge in this pic.Yes, water tanks and tires and bearing are in good shape. Tires almost new.

Would it be possible for you to post a photo showing the front area of the trailer? Plus a close up of the non-window?

Thanks,

Bill

You can see in this where the window unit would fit in.

Thanks Jim for the photos,

It appears that the aluminum trim for the front window is still in place. If the inside front window trim is also still there, replacing the front window, with a single sheet of safety glass, wouldn't be too costly if a buyer wish to do so.

Of course, an air conditioner would sure be nice in the hot summer!

Pondering on it!

Top up. Vinyl/canvas. Solid. Two of the four screens have holes in them.
That black mark is just dirt.
