SOLD 1973 Trillium 1300 For Sale...AKA 'the Thrillium'

We're selling the Thrillium!
This trailer could absolutely use some work but to the right person I think she's a catch. We camped in it all last summer without incident including some very heavy thunder storms.
What I do know:
1)There is a very slight sag near the roof vent. Hasn't been an issue but could definitely use some attention. Does not effect interior standing room at all.
2)Silicone used on some areas of belly band by previous owner.
3)Some minor chips and dings but I think overall a pretty decent little rig.
4)The water holding tank appears to have been removed but plumbing is still there.
5)Gas stove works perfectly however I am unsure of how to use the gas/electric fridge. It may work but like the sink, I have never used it. We carry coolers and do all of our cooking outside.
We have always camped in parks with full hookups so I have never had much use for the appliances.
I am only selling because we now have two kids and finite amount of space and have outgrown.
Asking $3500.00 or best offer.
I have keys and ownership in hand. Located in downtown Toronto.
Thanks for looking.Click image for larger version

I hate to be a bother, but could you please post a clearer shot of the data sheet from the inside of the closet? I'm maintaining a list of serial numbers for Trilliums, and I would love to add your trailer:

I see that your Trillium has a date of manufacture sticker on the front, just over the propane sticker. If you could post a picture of that as well, or just read the date, including month off that sticker, I would be very grateful.

BTW, very nice Trillium. At that price, I expect it to sell soon.

Hi David,
Funny that you mention that I had just noticed it myself. Here's a new shot. It reads manufactured in Sept. 1972.

Lol. I am.
Just want to add that I have rewired the exterior lights so they all work and I have added a GFI above the sink and a new galley light.
