A nice solid little camper, with all of the original equipment it does have a few Marks here and there but overall is very solid. As you can see in the pics there is a spot on the top back that has some gel coat cracks, it doesn't leak and should be a pretty straightforward repair. The interior is solid all of the
fiberglass cabinets look good and most of the original doors are in great condition with the exception of one under the sofa which has started to delaminate. I don't know if the
refrigerator or the stove function but they look good enough and may just need a minor update. The water tank is there and there's a brand new set of leveling jacks included. All the
windows function properly and the screens look good, the original roof vent has got a wire holding it closed at the moment but I imagine you'll replace it with a fantastic fan. The original cushions on the dinette look pretty good but do have a few minor blemishes the sofa bottom cushion upholstery has completely degraded to the point of being unusable while the upper back looks fine. This is a bunk model but I can only seem to find one of the two poles required to hold the bunk up the front and rear
windows need resealing and the wood surrounding them replaced. This camper has a clean clear
title and is ready to be transferred over into your name. Overall it's a really nice camper and could be used as is or fixed up as you enjoy it. I am located on the east coast of Florida and am available to show the camper anytime feel free to give me a call at 772 two03-0133.
