Bought it 2y ago for $3000 and started the renovations.
It came with a solid shell, a good frame, a pair of craiger rims, 3-way original
fridge in good working condition,
original sink and stove
- Cleaned it inside and out
- re-sealed all
windows and top vent, put new wood frames
- replaced and resealed all outlets
- replaced cushions, upholstery, and drapes
- removed bunkbed (hardware is still there)
- added high density foam mattress
- added drawers in the clothing cabinet
- replaced lamps, wiring, interior
lights
- added
battery plate on tongue, bolted

- replaced the original insulation with new reflectix insulation
- reinforced tongue
- reinforced frame and added a hitch receiver in the back
- removed rusted stabilizer jacks and use regular portable ones
- added a removable rack to the hitch and bolted a large tote box on top
- replaced all plumbing including hoses, fittings, and new water tank.

needs to be done:
- putting vinyl on the wall to cover the reflectix insulation (optional)

I spent $2500 (still have the receipts) so total of $5500
will let it go for $4300 CAD
