Hi Karen, I see this topic is a poll... there is no question for "I don't know." I can state there are two prices: one what the seller is willing to sell for (lowest price) and what a buyer is willing to buy it for (highest price). It's a meeting of the minds. If you're comfortable at the price you set and find a buyer willing to buy it for that... you're good to go. I always figure start high and be willing to go lower (for whatever amount you have set for a bottom line).
There are a couple of other considerations... time of year and location of sale. Most don't camp in the cold/wet and don't think buying a trailer to winter it over is what they want to do. The second would be how many trailers of that brand and condition are
for sale in a relative given location.
