The previous owner finished the renovation when I got it in 2011. It is in good shape with the additional work we did (tires, 4"lift for clearance) We also have a carpet cut for the floor, blackout curtains that match the upholstery & the poles to make the bench into bunks. We used it mostly for wild camping, but it does have water and electric hookups for campsites. The sink has a pump & we just put a large water container underneath. The water tank that came with it was grody & we didn't want to haul the weight
. The Burro
is about 900 lbs - easy to tow. There is a cooler, not a fridge
, which we like better - less propane
needed. it doesn't have a heater, if it's cold we use camp sites & just take a heater for hookup. Really like it just like it is especially with good clearance for desert roads, but we have decided to go with a van, possibly a sprinter. Hope this helps!
