SOLD: 1982 Burro 13' $4000

I am selling a 13' 1982 Burro that has been updated and is in great shape! All carpet has been removed and the flooring has been replaced with a neutral vinyl. Carpet on the ceiling has been replaced with fabric and the windows have new curtains. Front bunk has been reinstalled and the back dinette converts to a bed; sleeps 4. Tires (including spare) are in good shape and the underside of the floor has been re-sealed with fiberglass resin. Windows have also been re-sealed. Includes an ice box, water tank, pump style faucet, sink, 2 burner propane stove, shore power and city water hook-ups. Both interior and exterior (running, brake lights, blinkers) work; 2 interior lights and vent fan are set up to run off of a marine battery, however, we have not had one hooked up.
Located near Ann Arbor, MI.

Would it be difficult to install a roof a/c on this?

I'm not really sure, we live in Michigan and have never really had the need for A/C in a camper and we camp at rustic campgrounds without electrical hook ups. A quick search of the forums on this website showed that there are other people who have had this same question and what others have done to add A/C.

No roof air, they were not built with the roof support for the added weight.

Why is this BURRO still for sale ??? It is in great shape and priced right. Plus, "'tis the season". If I lived a whole lot closer to Ann Arbor I would snatch it in a heartbeat.

This Burro has an ice box (like a cooler), no fridge.
