OMG It's a travesty. I would buy it, but I would have to hide it from my wife.

If you just make an appointment at a car paint place and drop it off there on the way home, your wife would not need to see the outside. Looks like the inside could be fixed up.

100 bucks worth of rattle can paint and you're good to go camping. Plus, a good cleanup of the inside and one could easily recoup the investment.

It's not gone, they just changed the ad.

It's only 240 miles away from me, but don't ask me to go look at it. The psychedelic paint job would shatter my lens implants.

I called and emailed the first time it was up on the board (in March I think), and it had been sold.

I am afraid to call the new owners, because it seems like there might be worse problems with it than they were ready to tackle, which I assume is why it is being sold again. I am now assuming that the paint job and cleaning issues are the least of it's problems.

Maybe I am way off in my assumptions. Has anyone on this board had a look at it? If you did, are there frame or rot issues we should know about?

It sure is a great deal, bad paint job or not!

Gina knew that it was owned by a band which is the name of the band that is painted on. We're assuming they used it to haul lots of equipment around on the road and one can assume the axle and frame might need some replacement/attention.

I would have to drive it straight to the Car painters before I could get on the highway to drive it home......... LOL But for the price, I think someone could get a great deal. Robin
