I've been watching this one advertised over and over. I wonder if something is wrong with it for it to still be available. But at this price, it whatever is broken can certainly be fixed.

I'd be all over it if I had a pickup truck.

Sure looks pretty decent from the photos and it's a deluxe. Of course being the front bath unit I don't think you can convert the bed to a front/back configuration.
The Scamp 5th wheel in Albuquerque for $5800 has been up for some time with no luck either and the guys pretty motivated to sell. This is a front bath unit as well.

Maybe, not much market for 5th wheels right now.

No need - the bed is up on top, best of both worlds.

BTW - how tall is your husband Lizbeth? I'm 6' and my Scamp is at least 2" taller than my head. You married to a basketball star?

Making the front back bed makes it bigger, a true queen size. Plus you have the benefit of not having to crawl over the other person for those midnight potty runs.

Jake, hubby is 6'1"ish. The Scamp 5ths we have seen are too short for him to stand in. Wouldn't be a big deal if we only did fair weather camping but we camp in all weather. We are keeping our eye out for a Bigfoot 5th fixer. He can stand in one of these we've been told.
