More info after I talked with the owner:
17' Spirit Deluxe
Has front A/C (under the closet), not rooftop A/C. (If I recall correctly, this was (is?) a
Casita Option.) Current owner thought the previous owner had installed this, not aware that
Casita did offer such an option. My bet is that this is factory installed.
Has two (2) awnings. Yes, two. One is on the "other side." Have never seen that, but have seen campsite situations where that might be nice.
Owner is selling because they are moving and can't take it. Purchased it a year ago from another local owner. Have used it multiple times camping in Utah and Colorado. They really seemed to like it.
Previous owner installed the
solar, which they seem to really like.
