Will try to figure out pictures soon. We are very excited as this one is good to go.

We are still waiting for the title on Kristy's gutted 1990 from Maine so that we can start the remodel. It's been 4 weeks and still looks like a big brown baked potato (or turd) --

At least we now have a $4000 template!

Yeah, I remember Kristi had such plans for it... she wanted to live on the beach in Mexico and didn't want to deal with sand and rot issues, if I remember right She was going to be a caretaker at a small resort... or some such thing. I'm sorry it didn't work out or her. But her loss, is your gain.

I think so. We've found some minor issues.
One of the previous owners did not have snap caps so they put what feels like fiberglass over the pop rivits on the roof. I went out today with a dull knife and picked it off. I had some snap caps and there was most of a collar left. I put a dab of caulk over the rivit and popped on a cap.

The closet has a funny smell. I'm not sure if it may be from the AC. I have to take it apart to see. No rush, we won't use it until next year. (AC)

The awning is held together with wire ties. Next week I plan to see what's up with that.

We'll need to get propane connection upgrade...not too hard.

I still have to hook it up to 'letric and check the appliances.

All in all it seems sound and comfy and usable RIGHT NOW!!!!! Yippee

What better place to test it out is your own yard. Have fun and sleep in it tonight.
