AZ | SOLD: 1997 Casita 13' patriot

We have a 1997 13' Casita Patriot in very good condition for sale for $5500. Complete with new tires, new awning, new microwave, new battery, new air conditioner, new tool/storage box bolted on frame, new seat covers & curtains. Located in Kirkland AZ. Ready to roll. We towed this Casita with a 4 cylinder Toyota 22r engine, ( No Problem at all ) James.

can you provide some pic of inside and outside.......also is the casitas model w/ a shower/toilet combo

This Casita has NO bathroom. We use a portable potty. We do have some pics.

Are you the original owners? If not how many miles would you say you have put on it? What shape are the tires in and could you take a picture of the tires? How old are the tires? More pictures of the interior please. Do you know the overall height of it?

Hey Boiler Jim I know that this casita is sold. but do you think that if I got one of these that I could tow it with my 2013 honda civic?

Hey Mary kay, It depends how big your engine is in your Honda. Take a look in the owners manual & check out towing capacities ( if any). I towed my sold casita with a Toyota pick-up 4 banger (22r engine 2.4 ltr) No problem. I did have 75% of our gear in the back of the truck. The casita is only 1850 lbs with out gear, so it might be just a little much for your Civic ( or border line) Hope you find something that works! Good luck! Boiler Jim.
