It sleeps two. It has a toliet only in the bathroom. I wouldn't know about how to deliver, so I would guess that is up to the buyer.

I am located near Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and near Fox Lake, Illinois, thus Southern Wisconsin, Northern Illinois.
