Hi Folks,
Sad to see her go but we're selling our beloved 2002 13'
Scamp. This little beast housed us for a good portion of our cross-country tour of the U.S. last summer (for which it was originally purchased.)
While I'd love to keep it, our family of three is growing by one more this
fall and I doubt we'll be seeing much use of it in the near future.
It's a basic model.
Propane stove and pump sink. No icebox -- the original owners removed it and didn't think to keep it! We're #2 on the owner list and did a few additions for the trip:
1. Installed electric
brakes. Yosemite seemed frightening without them...
2. Custom built screendoor. Based off the plans on this wonderful site.
3. Custom crib. Yes. We hauled our one-year old daughter across the country and back with us.
The crib can be removed prior to sale if that isn't of interest to you. It could also serve as a great storage system if you don't mind missing out on the bench seat that would normally be in it's place. I can easily convert it back to the bench seat as well.
We originally purchased this for $5,100 and put another $800 into the modifications. I'm asking a firm $5,000 for the trailer as the electric
brakes set us back quite a bit.
You can see photos and read the entire summer adventure here:

The crib is featured in the June 20th posting and you can see a full shot of the trailer starting June 25th and then in all sorts of fun locations thereafter.
Pardon the sardonic writing and Happy Owl plugs -- the blog was designed to promote our business as we enjoyed the trip!
Thanks for looking!
Justin
P.S. - The photo is more for laughs than details. See the blog for closer shots!
