Very clean Scamp. Has Air Conditioner, Furnace, Large Power Vent fan, Gas Stove, Microwave, Side Bath, TV antenna with amp, Hot water, External and Tank Water system. Grey and Black tanks. 2 propane tanks Awning. Just washed, dewinterized.

Brakes, and anti sway bar. Hitch ball unit for 2" receiver included (has antisway piece on it) Receiver on rear bumper of trailer for bike rack. Towed this with V6 Escape quite nicely.

Very clean interior, Excellent cushions. Rear Dinette/bed, side bath, front over and under bunk. Sadly Fridge is not currently functional.

I don't know why you haven't had more response. Your trailer sounds like a nice one and I like the layout. A little far to drive and price a little high for me. The refrigerator can be replaced. Good luck selling it. Nancy
