Selling our 16' Scamp RV which has some modifications and extras. The camper is in excellent shape. The modifications we’ve added include:
· Added 20 gallon fresh water tank in addition to the 12 gallon. 32 gallons total.
· Added access hatch to 20 gal tank with new filler hose with ability to see water level.
· Replaced rear taillights with 4 high intensity LED lights. Much safer. You can see them blinking in full daylight in the attached video.
· 12v exhaust fan in the bathroom.
· Individual incandescent lights in each forward closet.
· Added shelving above dining area with black mesh. Perfect for storage, keys, wallet, etc.
· Added a Plexiglas shield between stovetop and sleeping area.
· Moved the water pump and thermostat to a better location from sleeping area.
· Repositioned sink light to overhead position for better lighting.
· Changed out door handle/lock for easier access.
· New grey water pump installed.
· Custom fitted blackout curtains in sleeping area.
· Purell hand sanitizer unit installed. Great for post bathroom use.
· New jacks in the front corners of the trailer.
· Solid surface bathroom floor cover over “tub” area.
· Oxygenic shower.
All these mods have made our camper much more comfortable and efficient. This sale includes an Emerson microwave, a 19” Naxa LED TV with built-in DVD player, a 20 gallon black water mobile transport container, tire chalks, an anti-sway bar, a 30 amp to 110v conversion cord, and minor items I’m probably forgetting.
Everything works on our camper, AC, furnace, refrigerator/freezer, Stovetop, fresh and grey water pumps, the canopy and all electrical.
The exterior is well maintained. There is a small “spider crack” area that formed on the rear top as you can see in the photo. It is cosmetic only and does not affect the integrity of the shell.
We love this camper, but with 2 new grandkids and a move to a different home it’s time to let someone else enjoy it.
