We bought a Bigfoot and are selling our 16' Scamp with side Dinette. Trailer is equipped with front bath, fantastic fan, large fridge, two burner stove, heater, dbl propane tanks. CD player, stablizers front and rear. custom curtains and upholstered cushions, new tires, and new converter. Most of the cabinet doors have been updated to stained oak laminated plywood with push button latches instead of the original MDF. Many other extras including an Equalizer hitch, sunbrella cover, and Bal tire leveler. This trailer is in great condition. The trailer is located in Sonoma, CA. Some pictures can be seen at http://photos.yahoo.com/jayjacobs@sbcglobal.net. These photos are from a year and a half ago and do not show the new cabinet doors or some other upgrades. I will take new pictures this weekend and add them. We're asking $9950

email Jay at jayjacobs@sbcglobal.net if you are interested

See this link: BAL Light Trailer Tire Leveler

I have one, because oftentimes the places I park are nothing more than a cow pasture. Sure saves time and I don't have to haul a bunch of wood or leveling blocks.

It is a device that is meant to slide under the wheel of the low side of the trailer. A jacking screw is then turned to lift the low side of the trailer up until level. We use the tongue jack to level the trailer front to rear and then the Bal leveler to level the trailer from side to side. Then, the front and rear stabilizers are lowered to touch the ground and stabilize the trailer when people are moving around inside. The Bal leveler is a great device and pretty simple to use. The only drawback is that it is a little bulky and you must find a good place to store it while traveling. Check it out at Camping world.

I'm not sure how to edit the original posting, but our Scamp Trailer sold last night. It's a happy and a sad day. The good thing is that the trailer was purchased by a gentleman with a real love for fiberglass trailers but sadly, we will miss our little Scamp. It was our first fiberglass.
