We picked this trailer up at Rice, TX on 8/23/2006. We brought it back to TN and have taken one short trip - total of less than 1500 miles. It is a great trailer, with the most chosen options, but I am 6'4" and now know we need a LD. It can be bought for instant delivery for factory price of $14523.00. We will include a very comfy Wal-Mart memory foam mattress in the sale.

In addition to the "deluxe" items with the "tan/earth" interior decor we have the following factory installed options: the interior convenience package, a sway bar, the fantastic roof vent, an installed microwave, and the water heater upgrade. We have also bought and used a Wal Mart "memory foam" mattress. The only "popular" option we did not choose was an awning (in six years and 44500 miles of 5th wheel RV travel, we used our awning three times).

The unit is in perfect, as delivered, condition. It tows beautifully and all systems work perfectly.
