I haven't weighed this trailer but from what I've been told by Casita, and read on other threads, the 17' weighs in the neighborhood of 3,500 LBs with water tank full and has a tongue weight of about 350 LBs.

I thought the RAV4s with V6 had a higher tow rating than 2,000 LB, but agree that it probably would be a marginal tow vehicle for a 17' Casita. I tow it with a 2006 Tundra (with V8).

Yeah...I think we have to stick with the 13ft, sadly. Don't want to burn out our car for the joy of three more feet!

The list that gordon2 provided says total weight somewhere between 2,800 and 3,300 LBs. I'm guessing the 3,300 would be with water tank full and maybe loaded with supplies for extended trip ?
