Bill, you may not be aware but you are unable to legally sell the trailer while in the States. A US buyer needs to either come to Canada or get a broker to import it.
A few sellers and buyers have had issues with this.

I have a clear Arizona title for the Casita and can't imagine a problem selling it in the USA. anything else you think I should be aware of?
