SOLD 2010 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe - $14,500

Picked up new from the factory in October, 2010, excellent condition, kept under metal carport, brand new battery, no smoking, no pets. Lots of storage cubbies, permanent full size bed that can be converted to large dinette and sitting area that can be converted to smaller dinette or twin bed.

Blue/gray/taupe cushions, carpet, 2 burner gas cooktop w/cover, 4.2 cu.ft. Dometic 3-way refrigerator/freezer, microwave ready, 13,5000 BTU roof mount air conditioner w/heat strip, sway control. We elected not to have the awning or gas furnace.

Factory upgrades include:
TV antenna w/amplifier, cable ready, Fantastic Roof Vent, outside shower, water heater upgrade, High Lift Axle and 15" D-rated tires, and 25 gal fresh water tank

Modificaitons after purchase include:
Maxx Aire Cover for roof vent, shelving in coat closet, as well as under small dinette, interior lightbulbs replaced with LED's, Spa Sensation 8" memory foam mattress for permanent bed setup (original dinette cusions still available), Dri-Dek shower flooring, professionally installed limousine tinted windows, faux suede rollup window shades to reduce light and improve insulation (original metal miniblinds still available), AM/FM radio, CD player & mp3 compatible unit installed, tall kitchen sink faucet, fridge button guard, lighted switches for water pump and propane hot water heater, zip breakaway cable and Fastway Flip jack foot for the tongue jack.
Also available 4 never-installed scissor jack stabilizers.

Hi Bonnie, I was wondering since you are in TX, and had this trailer for a few years, if you ever used it when it was extremely hot out?

I'm assuming of course that the unit had an AC in it?

Did you ever take somewhere in the extreme heat? If so...how hot was it outside...what state were you in, and how many degrees did you get it to cool down to inside?

Also, if you did this did you ever have a problem with the AC freezing up on you?
