Yes, it definitely has AC. In fact the unit was replaced with a new one in 2015.

I figured that out (about the AC) after reading your description more closely. We will be in WI in 3 weeks and might be interested in looking at it. But logistics for delivery are difficult since we still work and also live in OR. We'll keep watching to see if it sells. But definitely don't hold it for us.

Small world! Did you drive to OR to pick her up? We lived in Salem for 2 years but are rain wimps so we jumped over the mountains and are now in Bend.
