SOLD 2010 Scamp 13' for sale, like new, many extras $13,900 CAD

This Scamp has been very lightly used and is in extremely good condition. It has never been in an accident. The fiberglass shell, the frame, windows, door, roof vents are all in perfect condition. The seat cushions, curtains, flooring, wall covering, etc are all in showroom condition.

We purchased it in May of 2014. We are the third owners, and the two families that had it before us took very good care of it. It’s been a non-smoker from Day #1 and as you will see from the list below it has just about everything you could possibly want in a 13’ Scamp. We are selling it to help pay for some home renovations.

Included with the Scamp is a Parkit360M trailer mover. I purchased it new in May 2014; $1,615.90) Our garage is on a narrow laneway in Toronto and the Parkit360 is a huge help in getting the Scamp into and out of our garage. It connects to the Scamps 12V battery and provides easy, one-handed control with great traction and lots of torque. Check out their website: www[dot]Parkit360[dot]ca.

Also included with the Scamp are:
Two burner propane stove
Custom solid cherry wood counter to cover the stove burners.
Fiberglas sink with 12V pump, hot and cold water, cutting board insert & mini dish drainer
1.9 cu ft refrigerator (12V, 110V, or Propane)
16,000BTU propane furnace with thermostat
Porch light
Factory installed cushions and curtains with matching tie backs.
Folding guard (for children sleeping on the top bunk)
Extra lights and outlets
Vinyl floor
Fiberglas cabinets
Three speed, reversible 12V roof fan / skylight with screen
Factory fitted, crank-open skylight with screen (Sized to provide easy conversion for roof-mounted AC)
Crank open windows with screens
Rear opening window
12 gal freshwater tank with 12V pump and 50’ sanitary water hose and 90 right angle adaptor
26 gal grey water tank
Portable Sani Potti (never used; fits under front bunk)
8 foot, retractable awning (factory installed)
Screen door
Folding aluminum entry step
Super insulation (R15)
Mounted stabilizer jacks
Gravel shield
20 lb propane tank with gauge

Tires: 13” B load radials in very good condition with moulded plastic hub covers
Spare tire, wheel and cover

Have a look at the photos and you will see this Scamp is a gem. If you’d like to see more detail of any particular area, let me know and I’ll send you some other photos. The Scamp is in our garage in Toronto. Let us know if you’d like to see it in person. I've posted about 30 photos on my FB page:

Notes:
  • The original tongue jack (post style) is included with the Scamp. It was replaced with a folding jack to provide the additional clearance required for the wheels of the Parkit360.
  • The bike rack shown in one of the photos is not included with the Scamp.
  • Terms: Payment must be made by bank draft, from a Canadian bank.
  • We are willing to deliver the Scamp to the new owners anywhere in southern/mid Ontario for a cost of approx 30 cents per km.

Lois,

Just sold it. The plan is to deliver it to the new owner today. If for
some reason the deal doesn't go thru I'll let you know.

FYI-Scamp without the Parkit360 sold for $11,750 CAD.
