This a barely used 2012 Scamp with bathroom. Purchased new from factory exactly one year ago. Has a television, screen door and air conditioning. Has a new lightweight fiberglass propane container. Has been garaged. Finish is like new. Sewer hose has never been used. Everything works. The AC unit is not a roof mount.

Television is mounted to bathroom door with a Wingard Razor antenna mounted on wall next to TV. Also has space for a satellite Rx. We use Direct TV with an outside portable satellite antenna. It is all very compact and works nicely.

Notice the square pipe under bumper. It is storage for sewer hose or anything else one might want to put in it. Yes, it has enough ground clearance. We pulled with a Ford Escape hybrid and consistently got 22 mpg. A wireless backup camera is installed on the license bracket and comes with an in vehicle monitor.

We are in Hollywood, Md. which would be on the other side of the bay from St. Michaels. If possible, please come see the Scamp and you will see how nice it is. It does have electric brakes and a fantastic fan. Also, hot water heats via propane or electric. Let us know if you decide to come and we will get directions to you.
