Just for what it's worth Gary, it's only an 21 Gal grey water tank. Beware should someone come back on you for that. I was on Scamp for over 6 months before they would change it. Testing ours and with other input, in actuality, they will only hold 18 gal. But ICON- the tank manufacturer- lists it as 21 gal so that's what Scamp has changed it to.

Thank you for that information, Darral. It is very good to know and I will definitely change my ad and let anyone interested know the true capacity. I never tested the grey tank and I just checked Scamps website and they are still saying 26 gal for the grey. This is a direct quote on Scamp FAQ:
"Q. What size are the water tanks on the Scamp trailer?
A. The fresh water tank is 12 gallons. Older Scamp's will have water tanks that are 9.8 gallons. The grey water tank is 26 gallons, with older trailers having 15 gallon grey water tanks. The black water tank (under the toilet) is 9 gallons. Water heaters also will hold six gallons."
So, obviously they didn't change their quoted capacity in all places on the website. I do believe you regarding your test of the tank...can you point me to the Scamp page that was changed to 21gal? Thanks!

I've never actually put it on a weigh scale, but I believe the manufacturer lists it at 1200-1500 lbs dry. Maybe someone who owns the 13' with bath, and has actually weight it, can give us an exact dry weight?

I bought a new 13' 2010 Scamp from the factory. "Standard" and fully loaded: Bath w/shower & sink (which includes 6 gal WH), Fridge, screen door, 1 prop. tank, stove, A/C, Awning, brakes, no furnace. It weighed in straight from the factory with NO additional cargo or liquids at 1700 lbs with an apx 225 lb Tongue Wt. Do NOT believe Scamp's (Or any other manufacturer's) weight until you put it on the scales. I weighed mine at our local CO-OP. Cost me $5.

Dry weight in any trailer does not include options such as you list for your Scamp. Remove all that stuff and weigh it again.

Yeah...that can be confusing and "Dry weight" is not including "options". But to me, dry weight is that...NO liquids (fresh/grey/black/wh) on board. But to clarify, I reworded it.
