Purchased new from manufacturer. This little beauty made one trip after delivery to our home, less than 1000 miles total. Has only been sleep in a few times. Kitchen sink and stove, bathroom sink, toilet and shower have never been used. This has been stored in our heated garage for its entire life here. It has been cleaned and polished (marine grade products) regularly for...well really no reason except that my husband likes to do it in order to get out of honey do chores 🤔 Price is based below NADA recommendations.
