Here is the reply from ETI:
The dry weight
includes all of the standard features and the shipping weight
of your trailer in included the weight of your trailer with the options added. It may be that your trailerís certificate of origin is an older one which did not include the actual weight of your trailer just the Standard Dry Weight of the 19í Escape
At the end of 2013 we were required to change the Certificate of origin to include the Model and the actual Shipping Weight of each trailer. This was required by January 2014.
The available cargo weight is determined by the difference of your trailerís specific weight and the GVWR. Therefore you can calculate your specific dry weight by taking the GVWR and subtracting the cargo weight. This will give you the weight of your trailer with full propane
, batteries, and freshwater tank.
