2014 13 ft scamp w/shower & commode for sale

My wife and I just got home from a two week trip to South Florida where we have decided to move. We were going to buy an RV, but now it looks like all my toys must go toward our next house This was our third trip in the Scamp, and it handled great on icey roads going down and 30 mph winds coming back. I ordered this beauty with most every option available, and it includes: Roof AC with Heat Strip; 3 speed Fantastic Fan; 8 FT Awning; Digital TV Antenna and cable hook up; Extra rear side cabinets, extra rear reading lights; Three outside porch lights with one over the waste hook ups; Electric Brakes (these really came in handy in the high wind); Extra Ceiling lights (3) including one in the bath/shower; 2' Bike Receiver; Filled up Propane tank with Propane Gauge; GFI (110)outlet outside and extra outlets inside including a 12 volt outlet; Sink Cover; Stovetop Cover; Refrigerator (this works great and will freeze ice if turned on high); 30 amp battery with converter/charger; Screen Door; Crank Out Windows; plus more. I ordered this from the factory, waited months for a 2014, so it has a new title. I just went through what I paid and it comes out to over $17,000. I have had two offers of $14,000. I am willing to take a loss and sell it for $15,000.... PLUS...I'll throw in the extras, Sewer hose with all the connections; chocks; front wheel for easy maneuverability; interior hooks; I reinforced the weak clothes closet hanging bar so it could handle my wife's wardrobe...ha!...and other odds and ends like a palm tree shower curtain. While in the campground, several people came over to take a picture and one guy has a website about tiny rv's he was going to put ours in. I was pleased there were no problems and everything works as it should. I live in Gulf Shores, Al and could possible meet you part of the way. Send me a PM if you are seriously interested.

Do you know what YOUR Scamp weighs?
I'm familiar with the dry weights posted on the Scamp website. Would like to know if you have an exact weight from a scale with the options and fully loaded. Exact weight is an issue for me.
Thanks.

Hi Vince...no, I do not have"exact weights". I've only used the Scamp 3 times and it pulls great fully loaded. Never a concern for me. Our last trip, I filled the tank with water, clothes and supplies for 10 days, big bikes on the back, etc. and it pulled great behind my 6 cyl jeep Wrangler. Check out "trailer weights in the real world" thread on this site for some good info.

You headed the wrong way Harry. I notice your Tenn pillows. That is where I want to go. I am in Florida now but waiting on the wife (job).
Florida was nice at first but I don't want to be here any longer than I have to be.

Ha Ha Shawn...that, my friend, is a matter of perspective. I grew up in Syracuse, college in Virginia, then Ky, then Tennessee, now Gulf Shores, All The years of playing sports necessitate (bones) that I get to a climate where I can wear shorts year round. Best of luck getting to where you want to be!!

Harry, I have lived all over the the USA. Your right, it is a matter of personal likes ect ect. And yes I do wear shorts year around. But I found after the years in Florida I miss the good home town people and the hills. Florida is flat as it is long. Nothing but pine or palm trees. Never saw so many snakes in my life! Seems like everyone around me is from NY.
I was born in St Louis and found the South is where I should be. I like Florida but rather be in the KY or Ten area. Good on ya and the best of luck
