beautiful 17 foot casita seldom used in like new condition
currently winterized with new battery
deluxe model with furnace,awning,25 gallon fresh water tank,outside shower wash station,all led lights,high lift suspension,15 inch tires,range and sink cover,blue ox sway bar hitch,tv with antenna and amp ,orbital casita hitch receiver,full cover also
the carpet has been covered since new with rubber tile squares that lock together
also has fantastic vent
we built a camp so we never used the camper
17000 or best also may deliver if needed and price agreed

The factory weights they show are most likely a rolling shell with nothing inside but great for sales hype. Add 6-800#s for the finished unit....with the refer, stove, tanks ect installed. 17s should be in the neighborhood of 3200# .
