Got this email back from seller
Reply
OK due to the overwhelming emails I don't have time to answer all individually so I will be sending this to all of you. The camper needs this rubber wall covering tore off and replaced, it has mildew on it. You might be able to clean it but I think replacement will be the best. There is a broken window, it needs new carpet, and a new refrigerator, and all the cushions need replaced. The good thing is all the parts you need you can get at Scamp's website. I had new cushions built they are home made I will sell them for $100 they cost me $300 ( they are hardwoods camouflage). As far as the outside it is in excellent condition. It looks good, I think that it is completely road worthy, will need a new wiring harness plug, but I have that. As for the title, I have the original title, it is open signed over to me, I have a bill of sale for it I will get a new title Monday. I intended to fix this up for hunting a few adults could be in it comfortably, it is small enough to pull behind a small car. I will be updating the pictures on the add, and I will answer the emails in the order they were sent in. The only exception to that is I am looking for a boat motor and if someone has the motor I am looking for I will trade first. I will get in contact with everyone Monday.
Thanks Happy Easter!

Yikes, look at all the mold on the walls. That can cause serious health problems.

If you look carefully at the sideview shot you will also see the rubber torsion axle is pretty tired -- the wheel is so far up in the wheel well that only the rim shows below the skirt.

But, $500 for a complete trailer with new cushions and ALL THE WINDOWS might be a good deal for someone looking to refab. We've seen similar trailers sell to members on this site for around $300 and needed some windows. For sure the ensolite would have to go tho.

Well not quite all the windows -- the ad says there's one broken one.
I'm not arguing your point, I just wanted to be sure that people didn't get so focused on the mold and new cushions that they overlooked something else both obvious and expensive.

Not sold he raised the price.(see below)
I did not know these campers are so popular, in the last two days the emails are endless, I obviously priced it to low. I will send this email to the first 75 people. I have had several offers over $1300. To be fair to everyone including myself I'm going to re-post this camper on craigslist. I am laid off so I need the money.

I'm surprised he just doesn't take it to eBay and let the interested parties duke it out. Some real dogs have sold for about $2000 lately.

Ha, what I think is awesome is that he said he's laid off and really needs the money but he's then willing to trade it off for an outboard boat motor. Maybe he wants to fish for his food? I love Craigslist.

He is a hunter and fisherman, as you can tell by his other listings. Anybody want a mounted deer head?
His desire to trade for an outboard boat motor makes sense.

Looks like he's irked a few Craigslist posters that decided to vent their frustration on Craigslist. The quoates below are from them.
So when did craigslist become an e bay? This was originally being sold for $500 but the person selling it decides he wants to change the price cause he realized that they are selling for a good price no matter the condition and he needs money because he is out of a job. Right now alot of people are struggling but that does not mean you should screw them over and change the price. Can we say unfair to all the people who originally were interested b/c of the original asking price. With the mold and the other problems all I have to say to the next owner is good luck with the cleaning. Its too bad that you had to pay $1100 more for a piece of junk!!
I spent my time responding and getting the run around and then the price increase it was planned what a dip****.
