This price seems more realistic

It's a 16', probably layout 4, but since there are no pics of the front it could be layout 5. The fridge looks suspiciously like a dorm fridge replacement. You also can't tell if it has a full wet bath, toilet only, or just a privacy closet for a porta-potty. Since it doesn't show the curbside, I don't know if it has a HW heater or not. All those things affect the value.

$7800 is realistic, for a 24 year old trailer? It might well be realistic, but I would not pay that much... which is why I ended up buying new 16 years ago.

when I said more realistic I meant with respect to those "low price too good to be true scams" going around craigslist.org...I would never pay that either but it doesn't seem scammy at first glance
