SOLD: Amerigo trailer for sale $2500

Hi,

My parents in northern Ohio have a 16 foot Amerigo trailer for sale.

They have taken excellent care of it all of these years since the 1970's and it is largely in original condition. They obsess over the cleanliness and have waxed it every year. They cover it in the winter.

I'm including lots of photos with this post.

Your price is too low.

If not for the fact that my wife would kill me, I would be in the van headed your way, regardless of an international border.

Ken-
I just send you a private message. Please respond when you can...if it's as good as the pictures show I'd be interested.
Thanks!

I'm glad everyone's so interested. It was posted on these boards last year for $3000 and there was minimal interest.

Feel free to offer to pay more.

It's in Akron, Ohio.

Times have changed Ken. Fuel prices are higher now and the trend toward fuel efficient tow vehicles and lighter trailers is taking off. I see rough looking Casitas and Bowlers for sale around here for $4,000. these days.

A guy on the RVNET forum just dumped his dually pickup/5th wheel combo for a 4cyl Kia Serento and he is now looking for a lightweight. Too bad he is in Texas.

Maybe the problem was that I posted it on July 28th. Perhaps most people stop looking after springtime?

It's not a dumb question. There is closet that currently has a port-a-potty in it.

Is this still available. I am in Chicago but I'm willing to take a ride to Ohio to see this. It's just beautiful.

It's still available, but interest has been high. There are several people ahead of you to look at it. The first will look at it on Saturday. I'll let you know if it's still available after that.

Ken,

We are practically neighbors. I am located in Tallmadge.

I am interested in the trailer if available. I've got the cash, no hassle, if you've got the title. Let me know.

I've promised it to someone who almost certainly will buy it on Saturday. If not I'll be sure to let you know.
