SOLD Casita Spirit Deluxe 2011, one owner, LOADED!

Casita Spirit Deluxe 2011

Immaculate 2011 Casita Spirit Deluxe. $16,900

One owner, Non Smoker.

Estimated less than 6,000 miles. Farthest trip was from Kansas City to Gettysburg, TN.

How’s this for “Like New”? The furnace has never been used, not even turned on!

Loaded with factory upgrades and aftermarket updates.

Casita’s Interior Convenience Package, Awning, vinyl floor, sway bar, high lift suspension, cable ready, mounted flat screen TV (an upgraded from the table mounted factory TV), DVD player, AC, Refrigerator, Gas/elect/12volt, Shower and toilet, 2 burner cook top, Microwave, 25-gallon fresh water tank.

A couple of nice aftermarket updates to mention:

* Custom fitted and professionally-made mattress
* Alarm clock mount

The tires are in great shape.

The exterior looks great and has been covered much of its life.

The tongue has even been covered when camping and it looks like new.

The original paperwork comes with it including the referral pass along cards Casita provides new owners.

You have got to see this Casita to believe it.

The trailer has been winterized and is ready for a new home.

Dan, I'm very interested. Questions: What is interior height? I'm 6'5" and headroom is an issue. Where are you located? I am in Ste. Genevieve, one hour south of St. Louis.

Dan-Can you tell me the configuration on the bed? Husband is 6'5" and we need at least a queen bed.

I think it's listed on the manufacturers website as 5'10", but I am 6' and I can stand up straight. I would guess it's closer to 6'1".

Love everything about it, Dan, except interior height. I'm thinking about it. Sure you won't have it long. Nice trailer.

If my Cards aren't playing in the World Series, then Go Royals!!! (even though we got robbed in '85 with Denkinger call at first base)

LOL

Is unit already made for propane option? Generator ready? Or would propane and generator options require some installing? I would want to boondock in it.

Good luck tonight, just don't go 14 innings again!! Man, I wish interior height was just a couple inches more, I would be all over it. Still. I'm considering coming to see it. Many posters on here have said interior height issue is not that big of deal, but just don't know if I would like constantly having to bend over inside. Wish more FG models would consider raising interior height just a couple inches.

I understand the frustration. The big deal on the Casitas is the quality packed into a lightweight trailer.

Someone from Tennessee is considering coming to see it. From what I have seen they sell fast so if you didn't like it you could probably resell pretty easily.

The World Series game two is tonight! ⚾️

Game 4 on Sat. Shouldn't you be planning World Series Celebration Party?

Hahaha! Yes I sure hope that will be the case. However, I think the Royals are going to squeak by without me there for an inning or two.

I think the manufacturer lists the bed as a double.

Yes it is a double bed. He would need to sleep at an angle. Good news is there is a second bed where the other small table is.
