What is your best guess on trailer weight & tongue weight
What did you use for a tow vehicle
Total length including tongue ?

I can answer two out of the three, Alan. I have a Chevy Tahoe that towed the Parkliner, which is 15' total length, including the tongue. Perhaps someone else can help with the weight? I know it is a very lightweight trailer and it tows like a dream; I did not use an anti-sway bar and had no problems. Rhonda

I'd be interested but I would need to know the weights (axle and tongue) as it is configured. Any chance there is a CAT scales near you?

They weigh 2100#s dry, and if it has two propane tanks and two batteries on the tongue, the tongue weight is over over 200#s. I would want a tug that would haul 3500#s and handle 350#s for tongue weight if it was me. Oh, wait a minute, it WAS me! Lol.

Ted: the ParkLiners come standard with air conditioning. So, yes, mine has air. Dale: thanks so much for your sentiments. I hate to part with her. Alan and Gordon: your question is answered. Thanks, Frank. Serious inquiries may contact me PM. Thank you, Rhonda

Doggone! Y'all are making me rethink the whole selling my Sweet Pea ParkLiner thing! Now, see, if all y'all (that is correct grammar where I come from) lived closer to me and I had some pals to hang out with in the woods then I definitely *would* keep my darling camper. Hub's feet is planted firmly on the homefront and I'm just too dang chicken to camp alone. Thanks, Donna...she really is a beauty and I'm sitting here thinking I don't want to let her go. Que sera, sera....

Rhondalyn, I was totally skeered to camp alone, so I joined a couple of lady camping groups and also Tin Can Tourists (combo of vintage and new campers). I have had a wonderful time these past 8 years camping and making new friends

I don't want to sway your decision Rhonda, honest. But on Facebook someone mentioned "solos." I'm single, no SO, but I'd rather camp alone than be home... I know what my home looks like and the YARD... make memories!

Rhonda: I totally agree with Pam's and Donna's comments - make memories life is way too short. However, your the best judge on how to handle your situation (re: health issues, etc...). No matter what you decide to do, the FGRV community will support you in what ever way it can!

Rhonda, No one knows your situation and concerns as completely as you, so we all understand that it is obviously and totally your decision, but please don't let the fear of camping alone weigh into your decision. Most organized rallies have a lot of single (for various reasons) women attendees who often form their own social/support group and have a blast together. Not to mention everyone else at the rally being there to help in time of need or to party/fellowship with. There are single campers, male and female, who provide care for sick loved ones and elderly parents, but an occasional weekend camping rally is their chance to get away for a brief time, to clear their head and rejuvenate their spirit - to have a little "me time" - all with the understanding and blessing of the person(s) they care for. So just don't forget to take care of yourself - physically and mentally - during trying/challenging times. That's important, too.... Dale
